  近日访华之旅承蒙贵方热情招待，特此来信以表感激之情。贵方安排周到，双方交流热烈真挚，并达成各项合作协议，为此我深受感动，所签署的谅解备忘录将在现实中架起两国商业往来的阳光大道，在推进可持续发展，共建包容型社会，保障全球人类住区方面功不可没，并助力于“一带一路”及联合国2030年可持续发展议程的宏大愿景。

  拉合尔市拥有多样化的经济发展模式，电信、信息技术、制造业、工程、医药、钢铁、化工以及建筑材料业竞相发展。作为巴基斯坦的中心城市之一，本市经济发展迅猛，被誉为“巴基斯坦的产业带”，拥有巴基斯坦最大的信息技术产业园。此外，拉合尔市也是巴基斯坦第二大经济中心、旁遮普省的商业首府。

  本市的教育及卫生事业发展名列巴基斯坦之首，无愧为巴基斯坦的经济、技术、政治及教育中心。随着本市的扩建，原本的住宅区逐渐改造为商业中心，郊区居民不断外迁。目前本市正在兴建自动化捷运系统“橙线”。

  青年是最为重要的群体，因此，双方宜多多开展青年交流活动。同时，双方应进一步促进农业方面的交流，以从中受益。

  以上为拉合尔市所有情况介绍，此次双边合作前景无限，鉴于此，呼吁双方通力合作，收获丰硕之果。

  期望能在即将到来的访渝之旅中，与贵方进一步探讨并落实未来的合作计划。我方在具体领域拥有项目发展的专业技术知识，并通过合作伙伴世界一流的网络开发系统共享这些技术知识。

This letter intends to extend my gratitude for all the care and hospitality extended to us during our recent visit to China. I am deeply impressed and inspired with the manners you had facilitated all discussions to lead some viable options to work on. This MOU shall surely helped us to chalk out some practical business avenues to move together to set another mark of excellence in the sustainable development and promoting inclusive societies and safe human settlements in support of the interdependent development vision of the larger “Belt and Road” and the UN AGENDA 2030.These mutual and common projects will create beneficial bonds between the Chongqing and Lahore

 

The economy of Lahore has a diversified base spanning from telecommunication, information technology, manufacturing industry, engineering, pharmaceuticals, steel, chemicals and construction material. As a major urban centre, the economy of Lahore has relatively prospered. Lahore is hailed as the industrial belt of Pakistan and is home to the largest IT park in Pakistan. It is the country's second largest economic hub and the commercial capital of Punjab.

 

Lahore has the most developed education and health sectors in Pakistan, making it the economic, Technological, political andeducational hub of the Pakistan. As Lahore expands, former residential areas are being turned into commercial centers, and the suburban population is constantly moving outwards. Orange Line is an automated rapid transit system under construction in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

 

We should most importantly promote youth exchange activities between the cities as youth is the most important community. We should also take benefit from agricultural activities between both cities.

 

So this is all about Lahore and the vision was simply awesome while planning this mega project. This mega project deserves to be used for a greater cause and we need to cooperate for the success of this project.

 

We may discuss further future strategies to make it successful in our upcoming visit to Chongqing. We have expertise in projects for specified areas of development, collaborative transfer Know-Hows and technologies through each Partner’s Network systems with particular command on the world top development system.

 

I would again personally extend my gratitude to you for coordinating and facilitating all meetings and discussions. As you were there helping and facilitating us all the time.
